About the role

We are expanding a primary health‑care laboratory in Zagreb and need motivated individuals to join our team as Health Laboratory Technicians. The position is based in a well‑established private practice that is currently being set up.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine medical‑biochemical analyses in accordance with laboratory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure proper sample handling.
• Collaborate with senior staff to guarantee high‑quality service for patients.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols within the laboratory environment.

Required profile

• Completed education for health‑laboratory technicians.
• Passed the professional exam where applicable.
• Valid licence for independent work issued by the Croatian Chamber of Medical Biochemists (HKZR).
• Motivation to learn and develop within the team; prior experience is not required.
