About the role

KentBank is looking for a proactive Business Relationship Manager to lead the small and medium‑enterprise (SME) segment in Zagreb. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, deepening existing relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new SME clients and expand the bank’s market share.
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Sell bank products and services according to sales plans, gather required documentation and participate in transaction structuring.
• Analyse clients’ financial statements, assess creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals.
• Prepare business plans, reports and performance analyses.
• Recommend measures to improve business processes and service quality.
• Provide expert support to clients and resolve requests or complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience in sales of banking products to legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, insurance instruments and relevant regulations.
• Ability to identify client needs, communicate actively and propose optimal solutions.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and risk assessment.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, responsible and team‑spirit driven.
• Fluent in English and proficient with standard computer applications.
