About the role

The Palace Hotel Zagreb is looking for a dynamic professional to shape its premium food‑and‑beverage offering. As the Voditelj domaćinstva you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel’s restaurant and café, ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the restaurant and café teams, coordinating daily operations.
• Organise work schedules, staff allocation and training to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement innovative gastronomy and bar concepts that align with the hotel’s brand.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to guests in the restaurant, bar and other hotel outlets.
• Monitor quality, hygiene and safety compliance throughout the food‑and‑beverage areas.
