Visual merchandiser (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser to shape the visual identity of our client’s product range. You will work closely with the brand’s guidelines to ensure stores are attractive, on‑trend, and aligned with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the visual identity of the client’s assortment.
• Position and complement the sales assortment according to company guidelines.
• Create appealing store layouts and displays.
• Interpret fashion trends creatively for visual presentations.
• Stay updated on new presentation guidelines and methods.
• Travel occasionally to locations such as Osijek, Rijeka, and Pula.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school or college education (SSS/VŠS).
• Valid B‑category driving licence and own car for work‑related travel.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• High creativity and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Experience in the textile or fashion industry.
• Organised, enthusiastic, and thorough.
• Active knowledge of English.
