Visual Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Mango store in Mall of Split. You will be responsible for presenting products in a commercial and modern way that follows Mango standards, with the aim of maximising sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the store’s image at all times, ensuring an attractive and commercial appearance.
• Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Implement store changes quickly and neatly.
• Monitor sales results and key performance indicators to take appropriate product‑related actions.
• Understand customer profiles, product potential and competitors’ commercial strategies.
• Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and suggest items that are missing from stock.
• Continuously report to management and support specific store management tasks.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented with solid experience in fashion merchandising.
• Passionate about fashion, excellent communicator, able to work both in a team and independently.
• Capable of setting priorities, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
