About the role

Nila Media Group is expanding its product range and seeks a motivated, communicative sales professional to develop relationships with pharmacies and pharmacy chains across Croatia. The focus will be on promoting a growing portfolio of dietary supplements and health‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing pharmacy customers and build long‑term business relationships.
• Regularly tour pharmacies to develop cooperation with current and new pharmacy clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers in the pharmacy channel.
• Present product ranges and introduce new items to points of sale.
• Process orders and monitor sales execution.
• Ensure product availability, positioning, and presentation in stores.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Execute agreed‑upon sales and promotional actions.
• Report field results and activities on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Self‑organized, responsible, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to work daily in the field.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).
• Preference for candidates with experience in pharmacy, health, nutrition, or related sectors.
