About the role

We are looking for a motivated telephone sales advisor to join A1 Croatia. You will interact with existing and potential customers, presenting and selling telecom services over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and sell A1 services via phone calls.
• Advise customers on suitable service packages.
• Provide support to current users.
• Handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working with people.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
