About the role

We are looking for a communicative, responsible and organized individual to join our pharmacy team as a Promotion and Sales Associate. You will work directly with customers, present products, and help maintain an attractive sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmacy products and current promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service through friendly communication.
• Maintain tidy, well‑organized product displays.
• Stock, replenish and rearrange merchandise on shelves.
• Monitor product availability and signal restocking needs promptly.
• Set up and maintain promotional materials and sales positions.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the team.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other staff.
• Ensure the sales area remains clean and functional.

Required profile

• At least a secondary education qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Polite, professional and positive attitude toward customers.
• Interest in sales and product promotion.
• Responsible, organized and tidy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
