About the role

The Credit Administration Assistant will join the Credit Administration Department in Zagreb, supporting daily loan operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. You will work in a fast‑growing bank that values continuous learning and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the workflow of daily credit operations, including loan disbursement and repayment.
• Control and review credit documentation for commercial loans, overdrafts, international trade, and structured products.
• Reconcile general‑ledger accounts related to credit activities.
• Process loan disbursements, fees, and internal transfers.
• Validate manually entered data in credit proposals within the approval system.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, interest‑rate alignment, and credit records.
• Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, accuracy, reliability, and a learning‑oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of the banking market and regulatory framework.
• Organized, analytical, and effective team player.
• Proficient in English.
• Comfortable working with a personal computer and MS Office.
