About the role

The Public Relations Specialist will shape and execute communication initiatives that support INA Group’s strategic business, sustainability, and employer branding goals. Working from concept to measurement, the role sits at the heart of media relations and internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead communication campaigns promoting strategic business, sustainability, and employer branding, from idea generation to results analysis.
• Maintain daily contact with journalists and stakeholders, organize and moderate media and internal events, and prepare speakers for public appearances.
• Develop strategic communication plans, coordinate agencies, manage tender documentation, and produce digital content with a focus on video.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align their business needs with the communication direction of the INA Group.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, analyse data, and propose innovative communication solutions.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS) or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
