About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to join our certification and testing team in Zagreb. The role offers a challenging environment where you will contribute to important projects and develop your expertise in construction management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in certification of management systems and products.
• Conduct testing and analysis according to prescribed methodologies and standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and certificates.
• Communicate with clients and provide expert support.
• Monitor relevant regulations, standards and technical guidelines.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of accredited systems.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering (dipl. ing., mag. ing., or equivalent) in construction.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of Croatian (B2) and English (B2).
• Proactive, responsible, meticulous and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of management system standards.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Experience with laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with construction‑related regulations, quality or safety standards.
