About the role

As a Service Technician you will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of medical equipment used in patient care. You will work directly with customers, providing on‑site technical support and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and fault removal to maximise equipment availability.
• Deliver timely, professional technical support to users, maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
• Record accurate service documentation, reports and logs in company systems following quality standards.
• Manage spare‑part inventory and organise service activities to achieve a high first‑time‑fix rate.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on equipment installation, evaluation and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in electrotechnics, electronics, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in field service, technical maintenance, fault diagnostics or equipment repair.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, visit customer sites and be on call when required.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and readiness for regular travel.

Required skills

• SAP (experience with the system is a plus).
