About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to take charge of our construction sites in Croatia. The Site Manager / Construction Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site.
• Manage workers, subcontractors and other participants in the execution of works.
• Monitor progress and dynamics of the construction schedule.
• Control quality and timeliness of completed work.
• Arrange necessary workforce, materials, tools and equipment.
• Report site status and needs to superiors in a timely manner.
• Resolve operational problems and on‑site situations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site.
• Perform other operational tasks related to project execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction and solid understanding of site operations.
• Ability to organise and coordinate work, with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Independent decision‑making capability for operational issues.
• High responsibility, reliability and professional approach.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Capability to work with diverse worker profiles and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work on‑site and hold a valid Category B driving licence.
