About the role

The City of Zagreb is looking for an independent administrative referent to support the Department of Construction within the Spatial Planning and Construction sector. The role involves handling administrative tasks related to construction projects and assisting in the implementation of spatial planning regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process administrative documentation for construction and spatial planning activities.
• Maintain records and databases related to construction permits and projects.
• Coordinate with internal units and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with planning regulations.
• Support the preparation of reports and statistical data for the department.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor’s, integrated bachelor‑master, or master’s) in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Successful completion of the state exam of level II for spatial planning and construction professions.
• Proficiency in using computer applications for administrative work.
