About the role

Hairshow is looking for a talented and passionate independent hairdresser to join its dynamic salon team in Zagreb. The role involves delivering a full range of hair services while providing personalized style advice.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all hair services including cutting, coloring, highlights, blow‑drying, special occasion styling and hair care treatments.
• Advise clients on current trends and recommend styles that suit their face shape and personality.
• Identify specific hair needs, suggest appropriate treatments and products.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new techniques and industry trends.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation and tools.
• Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and a personalized approach.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and passion for hair styling.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting, coloring and styling techniques.
