About the role
We are looking for an HR Referent to support our growing team in Zagreb. The role involves handling employee documentation, payroll and general HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the employee database and documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Register, deregister and modify pension and health‑insurance records.
- Prepare and calculate employee salaries.
- Record annual leave usage.
- Issue certificates for employees.
- Organise medical examinations for staff.
- Publish job advertisements and coordinate interview processes.
- Perform other HR‑related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Secondary education or higher, preferably with HR‑related studies.
- Good knowledge of Croatian labour legislation and social‑security regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Payroll calculation.
- Employee documentation management.
