About the role
The Transport Office Clerk supports the smooth execution of deliveries and installations for Lesnina's customers in Zagreb. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all documentation is properly archived.
Key responsibilities
- Process delivery and installation lists.
- Organise appointments for delivery, installation, complaints handling and measurements.
- Communicate with customers to arrange delivery times.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, installers and suppliers.
- Archive all delivery‑related documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Preferable experience in direct customer contact; experience in a transport office is a plus.
- Fluent oral and written German or English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required skills
- MS Office
