About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the finance team of a well‑known hotel in Zagreb. The successful candidate will handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, ensure accurate recording of invoices and inventory movements, and support the preparation of internal financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Post incoming invoices, maintain ledger entries and process other accounting documentation.
- Enter goods documents and record inventory movements in the accounting system.
- Reconcile customer and supplier account balances.
- Prepare internal monthly financial reports.
Required profile
- Highly organized, precise and reliable.
- Motivated, up‑to‑date and responsible.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently within a team.
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
