About the role

The company is looking for a qualified electrical design professional to develop concept solutions, define project tasks and oversee the execution of electrical installation projects for various building types. You will work closely with clients, architects and other project leaders to ensure functional and compliant electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept solutions and define the project brief for electrical systems.
• Create main and detailed design documents, including as‑built drawings.
• Clarify equipment requirements in collaboration with the client and building designer.
• Analyse conditions influencing system selection and characteristics.
• Establish the basic functional concept of installation systems.
• Assess the impact of system dimensions on building form and function.
• Prepare project implementation schedules.
• Organise and supervise on‑site work according to professional standards.
• Plan and control contracted projects within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Handle general correspondence and assist with technical review documentation.
• Participate in tender preparation and coordinate with installation managers, other project leaders and procurement.
• Continuously propose improvements and perform any tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree (VŠS/VSS) in a relevant engineering field.
• Several years of experience in electrical installation design and construction supervision.
• Team‑player attitude, honesty, reliability and persuasive communication.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Experience in building projects such as industrial halls, shopping centres and large facilities.
