Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead player onboarding and activation for our iGaming platform. You will own the funnel that turns visitors into active players, ensuring a smooth journey from first visit through registration, first deposit and first play.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise the visitor‑to‑registration funnel by analysing user behaviour and removing friction points.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Acquisition teams to align campaign intent, traffic quality and conversion targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end registration flow, working with Compliance to integrate KYC processes.
• Partner with Design to create intuitive onboarding experiences that deliver value quickly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product queries, gather requirements from stakeholders and present updates to the Head of Product.
• Oversee product development cycles, ensure timely delivery, conduct user acceptance testing and support quality‑assurance activities.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, gather feedback and drive continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in iGaming or digital consumer products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify drop‑offs and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Marketing, Design, Compliance and engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership.
