About the role

As a Sales Advisor in the telecommunications sector, you will engage existing customers, inform them about new service features, and propose upgrades that meet their needs. The role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and a results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and advise current service users about the latest offers.
• Present upgrade options and drive sales of additional services.
• Maintain high‑quality relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in customer‑facing or sales environments is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
