About the role
The Deputy Head of the City Office for Property Management and Housing is responsible for supporting the leadership of the municipal unit that oversees the administration of city-owned property and residential matters. The role assists in planning, coordinating, and supervising activities that ensure effective management of assets and housing services for the community.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- University degree (master's, integrated, or professional) in law or another discipline within the social or technical sciences.
- At least five years of relevant work experience in comparable positions.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities necessary for successful office management.
- Successful completion of the State Exam of the second level.
Required skills
- Proficiency in PC usage.
