Platform Engineer

About the role

Intis is looking for a Platform Engineer to join its growing team responsible for monitoring, maintaining and evolving a large‑scale IoT/SaaS platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability and automation of services that support over 600,000 devices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve platform performance, quality and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, propose and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams, providing data‑related assistance and guidance.
• Independently resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Participate in on‑call duties to address known platform problems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience on large projects involving multiple services.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Experience with IaC tools, preferably Ansible or Terraform.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
