About the role
We are looking for a responsible and motivated chef to join our kitchen in Zagreb, specializing in fresh pasta production and authentic Italian sauces. The role involves daily preparation of high‑quality dishes using traditional methods and a modern pasta‑stretching machine.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pasta using a dough‑stretching machine.
- Cook and season a variety of Italian and locally sourced sauces.
- Handle and process raw ingredients according to recipes.
- Ensure food quality and correct preparation techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the workstation and kitchen area.
- Follow hygiene standards and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Responsible and motivated individual.
- Interest in Italian cuisine and fresh‑pasta preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
