About the role

The company is looking for a Clothing Constructor (male/female) to join its design and production team in Šenkovec, Čakovec. You will be responsible for creating and adapting garment patterns, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are ready for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and model clothing items based on design concepts and technical documentation.
• Develop and adjust patterns according to model requirements and production needs.
• Work proficiently in the Optitex software to create pattern drawings.
• Prepare pattern images and documentation for the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with design, technology, and production departments.
• Control and refine constructions to align with manufacturing constraints.

Required profile

• Secondary school education, preferably with a textile focus.
• Proven experience using Optitex.
• Background in garment construction and pattern modeling.
• High level of precision, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
