Komercijalist (m/ž) – prodaja i administracija

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercialist to support our sales and administrative processes at our Zagreb location. The role involves handling offers, orders, customer communication and coordination with our retail butcher shops.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare offers, receive and forward orders and complaints.
• Enter and update data in internal systems and provide administrative support to the sales process.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Monitor receivables, contact debtors, and manage insurance instruments and business contracts.
• Supervise and coordinate with our three retail butcher shops.
• Create analyses, records, reports and price lists.
• Oversee inventory control in the main warehouse and retail locations, including inventories.
• Coordinate activities with other departments within the company.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education; higher education preferred.
• Work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the food industry, especially meat products, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Driver’s licence B category.
• Team‑player, energetic, adaptable to a dynamic environment, well‑organized and eager to learn.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, proactive attitude.

• POINT 2000 accounting software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Internet usage.
• English language proficiency.
• B‑category driver’s licence.
