Florist Arranger (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and reliable Florist Arranger to join our boutique flower shop in Zagreb. You will be responsible for crafting beautiful bouquets, arrangements, and wreaths while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assemble bouquets, floral arrangements, and wreaths according to customer requests.
• Wrap gifts and prepare them for presentation.
• Arrange and maintain the shop window display.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and advise on product selection.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.

Required profile

• Initiative, neatness, and high responsibility toward work and merchandise.
• Ability to work independently on daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills and courteous customer service.
• Organizational abilities and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop floral design skills, even without prior experience.
