About the role

We are looking for a creative and friendly florist/arranger to join our family‑run flower shop in Zagreb. You will be responsible for creating beautiful bouquets, arrangements and wreaths while providing excellent customer service. The position involves hands‑on work with fresh flowers, ensuring high‑quality presentation and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assemble floral bouquets, arrangements and wreaths.
• Interact with customers, handle sales transactions and operate the cash register.
• Process orders, receive, sort, clean and display fresh flowers.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.

Required profile

• Creativity, strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward clients.
• Reliability and diligence in daily tasks.
• Previous experience in floristry.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
