Brand Retail Senior Specialist – Retail Design & Project Management

About the role

As a Brand Retail Senior Specialist you will lead the delivery of boutique, island and partner retail openings and upgrades across Croatia. You will translate global retail concepts into locally‑adapted experiences, ensuring brand consistency while supporting the company’s smoke‑free transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of retail openings, upgrades and experience initiatives on time and within brand standards.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, site readiness and installation activities.
• Work with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Apply retail design, visual merchandising and operational standards across locations.
• Adapt global retail concepts and guidelines to local market requirements.
• Manage project documentation, layouts, specifications, approvals and archives.
• Monitor project costs and support procurement and vendor‑management activities.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (spoken and written).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
