About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist at a modern dental polyclinic in Zagreb. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and receive patients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate patient arrivals.
• Communicate with patients via phone and email, providing relevant information.
• Maintain patient records and offer administrative assistance to the clinical team.
• Keep the reception area and waiting room tidy and functional.
• Process service payments and issue invoices.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education (or undergraduate status).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Active knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite and general computer use.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Previous experience in similar administrative or reception roles is an advantage.
