Web shop operater

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Web shop operator. The role involves managing the daily content of our online store, processing orders and supporting customers in a dynamic digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and update the content of the web shop on a daily basis.
• Pick and pack goods according to customer orders, create logistics labels and prepare shipments.
• Enter and maintain product data, prices, descriptions and photos.
• Receive, process and track online orders.
• Communicate with customers via e‑mail and other channels, answering inquiries about products, orders and delivery.
• Monitor order status and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse, sales and other departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and product availability on the web shop.
• Contribute to improving the user experience and online sales performance.
• Perform other tasks related to web shop operations as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in economics, trade, IT or a related field.
• Experience in web shop operations, online sales or customer support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and willingness to work in a team.
• Readiness to learn new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
