About the role

MICRO‑LINK, a leading ICT integrator in Croatia, is expanding its field team and seeks a Field Service Manager. The role combines hands‑on technical work with responsibility for organising, quality control and development of a team of field technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of ICT systems and equipment at client sites.
• Lead, organise and coordinate the work of field technicians.
• Plan and allocate personnel, tools and vehicles according to field workload.
• Set and monitor high quality and safety standards.
• Prepare installation plans together with project managers.
• Supervise the quality of completed work.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure timely record‑keeping for the whole team.
• Maintain and procure installation tools and equipment.
• Continuously improve work processes and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school qualification.
• Proven experience in assembly and maintenance of technical systems.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• Willingness to work at height and in field conditions.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Effective communication and solution‑oriented mindset.
