About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations in the heart of Zagreb. The role involves overseeing daily production, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of service for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of food and beverage supplies.
- Order goods and manage supplier relationships.
- Organise employee shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
- Control cleanliness and orderliness of the bakery and storage areas.
- Serve guests and uphold service standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in bakery or food‑service management.
- Excellent spoken and written Croatian.
- Good spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Food safety compliance.
- Inventory control procedures.
