About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of medical facility equipment projects for MEDIVITA in Zagreb. The role involves coordinating internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project phases, including scope, schedule and resources.
• Equip medical institutions with appropriate devices and infrastructure.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks.
• Ensure quality of deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Prepare status reports for management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education, preferably in mechanical, computer or electrical engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar project roles.
• Open to change and adaptable to various business situations.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement.
• Organized, dedicated and able to work in a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to set priorities and develop market partnerships.
• Active driver’s licence (category B) and English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
