About the role
The Senior/Head Client Relations Manager will lead the acquisition and management of small‑ and medium‑enterprise (SME) customers for Privredna banka Zagreb in the Zagreb region. The role combines direct sales of both risk‑bearing and non‑risk products, preparation of credit proposals, and ongoing portfolio stewardship while aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and acquire new SME clients.
- Directly sell risky and non‑risky banking products.
- Collect documentation and process applications for risky products.
- Prepare credit proposals.
- Maintain and develop existing client portfolios.
- Monitor the overall client relationship in line with the bank’s and group’s strategic guidelines.
Required profile
- University degree in economics or a related field.
- Minimum three years of banking experience managing corporate client relationships.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
