About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our retail team in the Buzin area of Zagreb. You will guide customers through product selection, provide expert advice, and ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Offer professional consulting and sales assistance, helping customers choose the right products.
• Inform shoppers about the latest trends during the sales process.
• Deliver high‑quality, courteous service at all times.
• Build partnership relationships and identify the best solutions for each customer.
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom, manage stock levels, ensure product availability, and correctly label prices and items.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in a commercial field or a related area.
• Preferably prior experience in a similar retail or sales environment.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team.
• Adaptability, openness to change, and a friendly demeanor.
• Motivation to acquire new knowledge and develop professionally.
