Technical Security Technician (m/ž)

About the role

The company seeks a Technical Security Technician to install, configure, and commission a wide range of technical protection systems for client sites. The role involves field work, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of complex security and fire‑safety equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, fire‑alarm (heat, gas, smoke), SOS, intercom, public‑address, sound reinforcement, anti‑panic lighting, ramps, barriers and vehicle monitoring systems.
• Perform functional testing of installed hardware and software.
• Maintain and service all technical protection systems on client premises.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues independently.
• Supervise and control electrical installation and structured cabling work for security systems.
• Use tools and measuring devices autonomously in daily tasks.
• Identify and resolve problems and tasks without external assistance.
• Carry out additional field and preparatory activities as required.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar technical security roles.
• Willingness to work on site, including at heights.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Office, Internet).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with flexible hours (shifts, weekends).
• Professional, proactive and responsible attitude.
