About the role

The Retail Marketing Specialist will shape and execute marketing strategies that enhance the INA and Fresh Corner brands, drive retail performance and increase customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and realise marketing strategies to strengthen brand image and grow retail results.
• Lead marketing activities from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Monitor retail trends and analyse market potential to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement, sales trend analysis, geomarketing, benchmarking and mystery shopping.
• Collaborate with agencies, track key performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Enhance processes and visual identity in retail by implementing visual and brand elements.

Required profile

• Higher education (economics focus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities with a results‑driven attitude.
