About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR data in SAP and providing timely reports and administrative assistance to staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, guaranteeing data accuracy in the SAP system.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc HR reports.
• Process time‑keeping, absence, and other employment‑related data.
• Collaborate with payroll, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Administer HR procedures from hiring through termination.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Provide professional and administrative support to employees and managers.
• Participate in the digitalisation, standardisation, and quality improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with SAP HR modules.
• Background in HR administration, payroll processing, or HR data management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of precision, reliability, and proactive attitude.
• Organised with good communication skills.
