About the role

We are looking for a specialist who loves working with numbers and understands the business story behind them. You will support the planning, monitoring and analysis of capital investments, from initial feasibility studies to project execution and performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of annual capital investment plans and budgets, and consolidate reports.
• Monitor project execution, costs, timelines and resource allocation.
• Analyze variances against plan and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business‑economic analyses, presentations and reports for management.
• Track key performance indicators, identify risks and opportunities related to investment projects.
• Provide expert support to project managers and other organizational units.
• Participate in the creation of business plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop and improve processes and tools for planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, engineering or a related scientific field.
• At least 1 year of experience in controlling, finance, investment operations or a similar area.
• Experience preparing financial analyses, budgets and business reports.
• Good understanding of project controlling and investment economics.
• Experience working on projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced) and MS Office.
• Power BI, SAP or SQL (preferred).
