About the role

We are looking for a creative and autonomous Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to own our digital communication—from concept and shooting to publishing and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual, photo and video content for digital channels.
• Photograph and film projects, products, production and installations.
• Participate in drone filming and edit the captured material.
• Produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and other promotional videos.
• Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Develop editorial calendars and generate content ideas independently.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise digital campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Update and maintain website content.
• Track trends and propose new ways to showcase products and projects.

Required profile

• Experience in digital content creation, social media management and/or digital campaigns.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, design and visual communication.
• Ability to produce high‑quality photos and videos and adapt them for various platforms.
• Creative, organized, proactive and capable of handling tasks from idea to execution.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
