About the role

We are expanding our production team in Zagreb and are looking for an experienced pastry chef to create a variety of cakes, tortes and desserts. The role involves independent preparation and decoration of sweet products while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, tortes and a range of pastries independently.
• Design and execute decorative elements for desserts and cakes.
• Produce ice‑cream and other sweet assortments following established recipes and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and company quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and adapt to flexible working hours.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience working as an independent pastry chef.
• Strong knowledge of both classic and modern pastry techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a reliable team player.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and product quality.

Required skills

• Independent cake and pastry preparation.
• Advanced decoration techniques for desserts.
• Ice‑cream production following standard recipes.
