About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our construction team as a site manager and engineer apprentice. You will support project execution, documentation and coordination on reinforced‑concrete works.

Key responsibilities

Maintain site documentation, including the construction diary and related records.
Facilitate communication between foremen, project managers and the client.
Monitor and control project costs.
Track work progress and respond promptly to changes.
Oversee final works and ensure quality completion.
Supervise procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety measures.
Provide timely updates to management on project status, especially for reinforced‑concrete structures (95% of work).

Required profile

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Motivation and willingness to develop professionally in construction engineering.
