About the role

The Shift Manager will lead a store team, plan daily operations and ensure smooth service for pet owners. You will collaborate with the branch manager to achieve store targets while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and allocate operational tasks for the shift.
Create work schedules and manage staff attendance.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct store inventories.
Assist customers and identify the needs of their pets.
Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.

Required profile

Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
Basic computer literacy.
Good knowledge of Croatian; English is a plus.
