About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Elevator Service Technician to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of elevators through regular maintenance, repairs, and modernisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, routine maintenance, repairs, and modernisation of elevators in accordance with safety regulations.
• Participate in on‑call duty schedules and assist persons trapped in elevators.
• Manage the service portfolio and keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Prepare detailed service reports for each job.
• Communicate with customers about equipment status, preventive and corrective actions, and upgrade options.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in electrotechnics, electromechanics, electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Preferably experience in elevator servicing and repairs.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Organised, motivated and able to handle daily tasks independently.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
