About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Service Technician to independently service, install, and maintain CNC machines for metal processing across Croatia. The role involves direct interaction with customers, providing technical support, and ensuring machines operate at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines on customer sites.
• Install, commission, and adjust new CNC equipment at client locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in the field.
• Test machine operation and verify correctness after service or installation.
• Provide technical support and advice to users regarding operation and maintenance.
• Plan and organise service visits independently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer support for complex issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and intervention records.

Required profile

• Technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven experience in servicing, maintaining or installing CNC machines.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrotechnical systems and basic CNC control concepts.
• Good English for technical documentation; German is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Self‑reliant, responsible and willing to travel for field work.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
