Sales Representative / Field Sales Representative (m/f)

About the role

Talpa alati d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities in the Zagreb area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop cooperation with existing customers.
• Actively find new customers and business opportunities.
• Present and sell the company’s product range.
• Visit customers on the field and monitor their needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collect receivables and track sales performance.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• Preferably experience in sales or field work.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, responsible and well‑organized.
• Willingness to work daily in the field.
