Sales Associate / Balloon Decorator

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our successful team in the western part of Zagreb. As a Sales Associate / Balloon Decorator you will combine retail sales with artistic balloon arrangements, helping customers create memorable celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell a wide range of balloons and party equipment.
• Provide expert advice to customers and assist them in product selection.
• Create decorative balloon arrangements for various occasions.
• Maintain a tidy and attractive sales floor.
• Receive, display, and store merchandise.
• Handle cash register operations and issue receipts.
• Track and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
