Sales Area Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for growing and managing sales in the Zagreb region, focusing on the restaurant (HoReCa) channel. You will develop food and beverage assortments, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales on the assigned area with a focus on the restaurant channel.
• Grow sales of food products while overseeing beverage sales.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand restaurant needs and create tailored sales solutions.
• Manage product assortment at customer sites and increase the presence of key categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms and execute agreed activities.
• Plan and monitor sales targets, turnover, margin and other KPIs.
• Track market, competition and HoReCa trends and propose new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and other departments to improve offers and results.

Required profile

• Higher education (SSS/VŠS).
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
