About the role
We are looking for a skilled excavator operator to join our construction team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for safely handling a crawler excavator on various building sites, ensuring efficient execution of earth‑moving tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a crawler excavator according to project plans and safety standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Professional secondary education (KV) related to construction or machinery.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating an excavator.
- Valid certification of competence for excavator operation.
- Good health and physical fitness for demanding work.
Required skills
- Excavator operation (crawler type).
- Basic equipment maintenance.
- Understanding of safety regulations on construction sites.
What we offer
- Net salary ranging from 2,000 to 2,200 (currency not specified).
- Permanent employment contract.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, every second Saturday off.
